Along with knowledge of outlook and word etc, strong administrative skills, a valid full drivers license, being well presented and a "can do" attitude.

Role and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with vendors Arrange & undertake viewings with potential buyers Preparation of property sales particulars Completing sales progression on agreed sales Cross checking all AML compliance Assist with marketing of properties

Working Time

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Alternating Saturday's (hours variable)
