winning instructions, building strong client relationships and progressing their career

As a Residential Sales Lister, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the branch by:


Winning new listings and securing instructions Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals Building rapport with new and existing clients face-to-face and over the phone Delivering a consistently high level of customer service Maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors Representing the Connells brand professionally in the local market

What we're looking for

Previous estate agency experience, such as, Sales Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator ready for a step up Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Resilient, organised, numerate and detail-focused Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate (MS Office, email and internet systems) Full UK driving licence
