EweMove Leicester, one of the UK's most trusted estate agencies is looking for a Senior Estate Agent to assist us with our day to day property sales, lettings and management dealings in Leicestershire from our office in Syston, Leicester.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5:30pm with a requirement to work one in two Saturdays between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

We require an enthusiastic, confident and motivated individual to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and be an effective communicator as they will need to communicate with a wide calibre of people. Some of the tasks that you will be required to assist with include:

Property sales

Lead generation through effective marketing that we will assist you with Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales generation activity Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions Prepare marketing material Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes Progress sales through to completion Deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage of the journey Meet sales targets Ensure all compliance and internal procedures are followed

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in sales (essential) Estate agency experience is highly desirable Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Well-organised with good time management skills
