Key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Valuer/Lister
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Sales Valuer/Lister
Estate Agency
experience. Preferably an experiencedLister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager
or anEstate Agent / Sales Negotiator
looking for that step up andcareer progression.
Outstandingcustomer care
/customer service
experience. Resilient,positive
, organised, numerate anddetail oriented.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication
skills.IT literate
(MS Office, internet, email systems).A Full UK driving licence holder.
