Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established Company based in Tickhill, Doncaster.
The Company:
We are a successful Civil Engineering and Groundworks Contractor. We work in the New Build Sector constructing roads, sewers and plots to DPC level, along with infrastructure and rail works on a national basis.
We are currently expanding and looking to recruit a keen, motivated and hardworking individual for the position of Senior Estimator within the business.
The ideal candidate should currently operate at a senior level in a similar role, and have experience with one or all of the following sectors:
Civils.
Rail and Infrastructure.
New Build Speculative Housing.
Highways.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working on Civil Engineering, New Build, Highway Schemes and Railway Projects.
Co-ordinate with the Contracts Team.
Take off and pricing of roads, sewers, infrastructure, rail and plot works.
Build up and costing of component rates.
Pricing post contract variations.
Negotiation and agreement of contracts with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience within a similar role.
Negotiating skills.
Ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Package:
Full time position based in Tickhill, Doncaster.
Salary dependent upon experience from 65,000.00 plus benefits.
Profit related bonus scheme.
Fully expensed Company vehicle.
