You will ideally be based within a commutable distance of Bridgend, South Wales.

Reporting to:
Director of Multiplayer Systems
Hours of Work:
Permanent full-time position working 38 flexible hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays/Sundays.
Position Overview:
Provide support service, repair, and installation of the full range of casino gaming equipment in our customers' locations. As the front line of our after-care function you will offer excellent customer service and high levels of support both out in the field and remotely.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
After-care technical support; in the field and remotely via PC desktop connection, email and telephone.
Preparation, repair, service, support, and the installation of casino gaming equipment.
Carry out methodical testing to ensure accurate fault diagnosis.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.
Coordinate with members of the team to ensure effective planning, organisation and delivery of software update and maintenance schedules.
Support internal departments with Sales and Logistics requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork, reports, and software backups.
Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.
Key Skills / Attributes:
Experience in / knowledge of Electronic Casino Gaming equipment will be advantageous.
Trained or qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
Medium-High level technical knowledge including knowledge of PC operating systems including Windows and Linux.
Technical and problem-solving skills in both hardware and software.
Good communication, listening and customer service skills.
Excellent teamwork, as IT systems involve many different professionals with different skill sets and levels of expertise
The ability to multitask, as you may be working on multiple problems simultaneously.
Knowledge of electrical theory and safe working practices.
Physically capable of moving and installing equipment, including gaming terminals, following appropriate manual handling training.
Hold a full UK driving Licence.
Available to work away from home in locations throughout the UK during the working week.
