This exciting events agency are renowned for delivering creative and innovative events including corporate events, live events, parties and festivals. They offer services including event management, production, styling and theming for well-known clients across the retail, banking and technology sectors across the UK and overseas.

THE ROLE

Now looking to grow their existing team, this agency are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their team where you will play a key role in delivering their bold events and well as bringing in new ideas to ensure their events keep wowing!

This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a range of projects from roadshows, product launches, corporate events, parties and internal communications.

As a Senior Event Manager you will be responsible for;

• Attending client meetings and taking briefs
• Leading / inputting into brainstorming sessions
• Creating pitch documents, proposals and presenting ideas and concepts
• Briefing internal teams such as creative & production
• Managing Project Managers and Project Assistants
• Sourcing and managing external suppliers
• Providing on-site support at events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working within an events agency, supporting across a range of events with exposure to client contact and putting together proposals. You must have proven experience in delivering events, assisting with all elements from start to finish. An understanding of production would be advantageous.
