The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Senior Event Project Coordinator
to join our team. You will work closely with our Director of Events to deliver high-quality global corporate events and conferences. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in managing corporate events, is eager to step up into a larger role, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position, but you must be willing and able to travel across the EMEA region as required for event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Events in planning and delivering global corporate events.
Take ownership of smaller projects and manage elements of larger, complex events.
Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, travel, AV, catering, and on-site operations.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
Manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation to ensure events are delivered on time and within scope.
Travel across EMEA to support on-site event management and execution.
Identify opportunities to improve event processes and contribute to the company's growth.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
At least 3+ years in corporate event management, with exposure to global or large-scale events.
Skills:
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Mindset:
Proactive, solution-focused, and eager to take on more responsibility.
Flexibility:
Willing to travel internationally across the EMEA region.
Ambition:
Someone who is looking to grow with the company and progress into managing larger events independently.
