Your Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate their vision into reality. Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, transportation, catering, audiovisual, entertainment, and staffing. Manage event budgets with precision, ensuring profitability and accurate reporting. Supervise and support event teams before and during execution, providing strong leadership and direction. Build and maintain relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers to ensure top-quality service and competitive pricing. Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the client experience and maximize revenue. Ensure seamless on-site delivery and problem-solving during events. Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future success.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in

event management

, preferably within a

DMC, PCO

, or

hospitality environment

. Fluency in

Spanish, French, or German

, in addition to strong English communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills -- able to manage several events and deadlines at once. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing abilities -- you're a natural communicator and relationship builder. A positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach to changing needs and priorities. Deep understanding of high-end guest service and client experience expectations. Proficiency in event software/tools is a plus.
