3) Delivery of Other Events (Virtual and In-Person)
Own logistics and delivery for approximately 15 additional events per year (dinners, webinars, summits), with volume varying across the year.
Independently manage smaller events end-to-end, including supplier coordination, run-of-show planning and delegate/sponsor experience.
For virtual events, manage registration journeys, automated attendee communications, sponsor deliverables and live production support.
4) Event Technology and Operations Stack (Power User / Admin)
Operate and maintain event workflows in HubSpot and other event platforms (for example Bizzabo).
Duplicate, configure and manage templated landing pages, registration journeys, lists and workflows for events and campaigns.
Maintain data hygiene and registration accuracy to support smooth delegate and sponsor experiences.

Act as a client-facing delivery lead to manage expectations, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Support internal operational initiatives as needed in a small, fast-moving team.
6) Supplier Management and Budget Delivery
Deliver events and campaigns within assigned budgets.
Track costs vs plan, identify savings, and escalate forecast overruns early.
