The Role - Senior Executive Assistant

Wykes Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Head of Engineering. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to anticipate requirements and act with initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level, confidential administrative and business support to the Head of Engineering Act as the primary point of contact for our Head of Engineering, handling internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for executive review Support special projects and initiatives, including conducting research and managing timelines and stakeholders Oversee expenses, invoices, and other financial and administrative tasks Prepare meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes, and track follow-up actions

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a similar position Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with thorough attention to detail Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
