Facilities Management Senior Manager - Electrical, Aviation

Overview:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management (FM) professional with an electrical background to join a leading organisation in the Middle East.

The role requires strong experience in facilities management, electrical systems (medium and low voltage), and airport operations. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage operations, and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of FM services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management and maintenance of electrical and airport-related systems. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Oversee people management, performance, and team development. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders and handle escalations effectively. Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

10+ years of facilities management experience, ideally within airport or large-scale infrastructure environments. Strong technical expertise in electrical systems (MV & LV). Proven leadership and people management skills. Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and performance targets. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Willingness to relocate to the Middle East (relocation package provided).
