Your Role
As our
Field Marketing Manager
, you'll lead how Choco shows up in the world -- from major trade shows in the US and Europe to industry partnerships that spark conversations and drive adoption.
You'll own the full experience: from shaping strategies to seeing your ideas come alive in front of hundreds of decision-makers. You'll partner closely with our CEO, sales leaders, and product marketers to turn AI-powered innovation into stories people feel -- and campaigns that deliver results.

What You'll Do
Lead Choco's
global event and partner marketing
across the US, UK, and EMEA -- trade shows, conferences, activations, and industry collaborations.
Turn
AI innovation
into compelling brand experiences and measurable pipeline growth.
Partner with senior leadership (including our CEO) to craft
high-impact keynotes, panels, and presentations
that stand out.
Manage all elements of
event operations
-- from creative booth design and merch to flawless logistics -- with precision and style.
Work with
regional teams and external agencies
to bring creative ideas to life on time and on budget.
Track and optimize event performance -- not just for attendance, but for business impact and brand lift.
Run
campaign operations in HubSpot
(emails, forms, lists, analytics) and maintain content on our event pages and campaign hubs.
Use
AI tools
to move faster, personalize more, and automate smartly.
What You Bring
5+ years of B2B marketing experience across
events and campaigns
.
A track record of
making complex things simple
and ideas actionable.
Strong project management and communication skills -- you bring calm to chaos.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva/Figma, and CMS tools.
A natural storyteller who connects creative and commercial thinking.
Comfort with using (and experimenting with) AI to get more done.
A mindset that asks "How can we do this smarter?" not just "How do we get it done?"*
