About the role
The primary objective of this role is to manage the sales of the entire Silicon Labs product portfolio at defined accounts as well as the development of new accounts. Silicon Labs' IoT products include multi-protocol wireless SoC's, 32-bit ARM Cortex-based MCU's, 8-bit 8051 MCU's, and Sensors. Our Wireless portfolio includes many different transceivers and wireless MCUs for applications like Bluetooth, Zigbee, IEEE 802.15.4 mesh networking, and proprietary wireless radios. Our devices simplify design effort, reduce BOM cost and accelerate time to market for a wide range of industrial and communications applications.
Your responsibilities:Responsible for selling the entire Silicon Labs IoT product portfolio at major assigned accounts and geography. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position Silicon Labs as a strategic supplier at key assigned customers. Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organisation and departments for all product lines. Lead and drive new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers, Business Units, and Channel Partners as applicable, to secure successful design win penetration at customers R&D and design centers. Lead and drive new IoT business demand creation to secure successful design win penetration at some of the largest customers in the world. Develop and maintain a sales funnel of design opportunities in Salesforce CRM to track activities through Design Win. Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers. Drive timely, productive, and effective resolution of customer issues including but not limited to PCN notification, failure analysis and product shortages. Maintain and develop professional relationships with Sales team, Business Units and Executive Management. The ideal candidate would be prepared to regularly work from our Camberley office when not in customer meetings

Skills & Abilities you will need:BS Degree in technical discipline (an Electronics degree is preferred) Minimum 3+ years technical sales of Semiconductor experience with a proven track record of winning designs and supporting multi-national customers Well versed in RF markets (WiFi, BT/BLE, ZigBee, etc) Assertive individual that has the ability to work independently to achieve goals Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with multiple levels within the customers' organization. Strong presentation skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
