Senior Field Service Technician Commercial Gym Equipment
Job Description
We are seeking talented individuals, who ideally will have experience in the repair of commercial gym equipment.
The role will require you to work on state of the art gym equipment in the East Anglia Area on behalf of www.technogym.com completing fault diagnosis, repairs and servicing.
Must have experience working on commercial gym equipment or a skillset that can transfer.
The Company is based in Braintree and covers East Anglia. We do not cover inside the M25, Occasionally you may be required to work outside this area, providing cover for our other locations.
Individuals must be well motivated and able to work on their own as well as in a team environment. You will be expected to build strong professional relations with customers and deliver first class customer satisfaction.
Training is provided, one to one on customer sites along with an e-learning platform provided by the equipment manufacturer.
A company vehicle, fuel card and all necessary IT equipment will be provided. The vehicle can be used for the commute between home and workplace.

Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and technical specifications
Interpersonal skills
Customer service skills
Full Driving Licence.
Salary Bracket: 30,000 per year, increasing to 35,000 per year once training is complete and you become a Master Technician. This would normally take around 6 - 12 months depending on starting level of experience
