Figma Product Designer - Own UX for Marketplace & Booking Platform

Location:

Stafford, UK (In-office 3-4 days/week)

Salary Range (UK):

30k per year + 10k bonus structure

hands-on product designer

to

own and unify the entire user experience

What You'll Do

Own and evolve the Faces product experience

in Figma across booking, pharmacy, and e-commerce flows. Deliver

strong, research-driven UX

that solves real practitioner, pharmacy, and client pain points. Work

directly with real users

, founders, and team members in-office to understand workflows and iterate rapidly. Collaborate closely with engineering and operations to bring

B2B and B2C marketplace features

together into one seamless platform. Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and champion user-centric design decisions. Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and scalable design systems.

What We're Looking For

Proven

Figma expertise

and a portfolio of

end-to-end product design

for web or app marketplaces, booking systems, or e-commerce. Deep understanding of

UX research, user testing, and interaction design principles

. work closely with users within the office to resolve issue. Comfortable

owning the product design process

--from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. Comfortable communicating and leading the development team through the process Thrives in a

fast-moving startup environment

, working 3-4 days/week in Stafford with an agile team.

How Bonus Works

- We are a very fast pace performance based business and looking for a designier to grow with our fast pace business and begin to build a design team and best practise over the next 3 years minimum.
- Bonus will be paid out quarterly
- Bonus are based upon product adoption
- ROI of the product when delivered
