Senior Finance Administrator
to join our team. This is a key role within our finance and administration department, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations and supporting the wider office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of the purchase ledger process
Entry of supplier purchase invoices into Sage
Processing of daily sales invoices
Weekly processing of staff wages
Monthly processing of PAYE
Daily bank reconciliations
Recording and administering staff holiday sheets
Supporting the Office Manager with general administrative and financial tasks
Performing general finance-related administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in an admin role - essential
Strong working knowledge of
Sage
accounting software - essential
Understanding of payroll processes, PAYE, and purchase/sales ledger
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small office team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
