We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and driving process improvements that enhance transparency and performance. What you'll be doing:
Supporting month-end expense ledger and cost allocations for divisional reporting and regulatory returns
Coordinating expense planning and forecasting processes and managing authorisation for allocation updates
Managing general ledger periods, chart of accounts, and ensuring timely month-end close
Performing reconciliations, journal calculations, and issuing expense reports while identifying opportunities for automation
Delivering accurate reporting and analysis, including intercompany balance settlements and reconciliation reviews
Maintaining strong financial controls by reviewing processes, updating risk documentation, and supporting audits
Building relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insight and influence decision-making
Contributing to projects and ad-hoc analysis to support divisional success and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience in an analytical finance role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with reconciliations and ledger postings
Advanced skills in spreadsheets, PowerBI, and financial modelling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders across the business
Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving change
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
