This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at the office, Fridays at home)
What You Can Expect
? Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
? Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
? Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
? Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
? Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring to the Table
?Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A, including experience in a leadership role.
?Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
?Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
?Excellent communication and presentation skills.
?Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
