About the Role:




We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance team, supporting the Head of Finance and Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of financial functions including financial modelling, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance support. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process monthly financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and financial audits to maintain data integrity. Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and providing insights on financial performance. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and financial controls. Assist with external audits and compliance requirements as necessary. Conduct extensive financial modelling.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction processing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting systems). Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
