As a Senior Finance Analyst, you\'ll take centre stage in our business, providing critical financial metrics and insights that drive decision-making. Picture yourself working side by side with the Senior Finance Manager Commercial and program controllers, ensuring that our key programs are managed flawlessly and optimized for maximum success.

Your days will be filled with exhilarating challenges, from conducting in-depth program analysis and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to rallying program teams and tackling cost-related issues head-on. You\'ll be in the thick of the action, actively participating in monthly market program calls, contributing to essential monthly program packs, and collaborating closely with the Global Program Director, the Program Excellence Team, and Program Directors across various markets. Moreover, you\'ll lead the charge in driving Total Gross Margin (TGM) improvement initiatives that will skyrocket our business\'s profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Completion of programme analysis for key programmes including status and KPIs
  • Driving programme teams to achieve the required results and actions
  • Investigating issues with costs and therefore profit
  • Attendance at the monthly market programme calls
  • Completion of the monthly pack for programme inventory, unbilled, deferred, etc
  • Working closely with the Global Programme Director, the Programme Excellence Team and Programme Directors within markets
  • Drive the markets for TGM improvement to increase profitability of the business
  • Supporting the programmes controllers as an when required

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Accountancy Qualification (including part-qualified)
  • Able to deliver information at pace
