Senior Finance Assistant | Horsham

Job Description
Working exclusively, with a superb, unique and growing organisation based near Horsham, West Sussex, to recruit a Finance Assistant.
This is a newly created position, joining a small but extremely talented finance team, where you will be involved in a variety of very interesting finance tasks.
Though you will be processing payments in this role, you will also have the opportunity to become involved in lots of multi-currency and overseas accounting too.
Key duties will include:
- Various multi-currency transactions
- Processing payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Intercompany transactions
- Preparing monthly Accruals and Prepayments
- Fixed-Asset Maintenance
- Assisting with VAT and Payroll
- Have AT LEAST 2-3 years' experience in a similarly varied finance role
- Have multi-currency experience
- Have previous experience of Quickbooks or Xero (preferably both)
- Drive and own a car
- Have a good grasp of Bookkeeping principles
- Have intermediate Excel skills (Pivots and Vlookups)

- Very flexible working arrangements (typical hours are 9-5 but you can do 8-4 or 8:30-4:30)
- Hybrid working after initial training period (you can work up to 3 days per week from home)
