We support Divisions in the execution of the group strategy to driving sustainable growth and also support the CEO and CFO with decisions and the external narrative.Your role in the FPnA Team's Success:As Senior finance business partner to Divisional CEO and the Divisional Leadership team you will own all elements of the planning, budgeting and forecasting for the region in addition to the provision of reporting packs and ad hoc analysis. Reporting to Commercial Finance Director, with dotted line reporting to Divisional CEO.What you'll do:Member of the Divisional leadership team, partnering with the Divisional CEO, office heads, and regional leadership team, driving optimisation of performance and value add through provision of insightful analysis, challenge and influencePrepare monthly MI containing revenue, cost and profitability analysis and providing insightful, action-oriented commentaryManagement of annual budget, strategic four-year plan and reforecasting cycles for region, and assisting with the preparation of business plans and presentations for Board and Executive CommitteePreparing financial projections for commercial and risk mitigating initiatives for submission to the Initiative and Innovation team and Executive CommitteeActing as a leader and role model within the FP&A team, mentoring and developing finance business partners and finance analystsDriving continuous improvement in management reporting and planning processes to ensure efficient, timely and accurate delivery and support head of FP&A in the communication of the planning process to the wider businessSupporting the adoption of our new financial planning tool, Anaplan, and maximising its potentialProvision of analysis and insight to the Investor Relations team to support quarterly trading updates, interim and full year results presentations and the Annual ReportWhat you'll need for this roleYou would need to be able to demonstrate the following:Commercially driven, influential and motivated individualExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersExperience of using financial planning / reporting tools and designing and implementing new planning processesRecognised accounting qualification and prior FP&A experience desirableStrong Microsoft office and excel skillsSQL knowledge is desirableHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
