Finance Business Partner - North Yorkshire - \xc2\xa360,000 - \xc2\xa370,000 - Hybrid Working

Sewell Wallis are working with a well-established business based in North Yorkshire who are looking to recruit and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team.

The primary aim of this role is to support non-financial departments of the division and provide assistance and guidance to ensure that the monetary decisions made on a daily basis support the wider goals of the business.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting the production of the monthly results and subsequent reporting packs
  • Ownership of the monthly forecasting and annual business planning process
  • Presenting the results at monthly management meeting with key operational management
  • Support the production of the monthly management accounts, working with the wider finance team to ensure the results are accurate & insightful
  • Working closely wider business teams to proactively drive business results
  • Provide detailed analysis to understand business drivers
  • Challenging the status quo and helping devise and implement strategies to drive business improvements and cost efficiencies.
Knowledge & experience
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
  • Be a strong communicator to non-finance people
  • Can work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
