Job Description
The Role
You'll be responsible for producing accurate and insightful management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and delivering high-quality financial analysis to support key business decisions. Working closely with senior managers, you'll help shape strategic and operational plans, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and control costs.
You'll also:
- Lead the production and review of Group management accounts and forecasts.
- Deliver detailed financial commentary and analysis for senior stakeholders and Board reports.
- Build strong relationships with budget holders, providing trusted financial advice.
- Oversee Power BI income reporting and financial modelling for new and existing products.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial control and reporting.
- Manage and develop the Finance Business Partnering team.
- Support statutory reporting, audits, and the wider finance function as required.
You're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting, business partnering, and financial analysis. You combine technical expertise with commercial insight and excellent communication skills.
You'll also bring:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent Excel and Power BI skills.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
