The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a key role in providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This position requires a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on strategic partnership and performance analysis.

• Partner with departmental leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to senior management.
• Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to mitigate risks or capitalise on opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to track and improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems.
• Support the implementation of new financial tools and systems to enhance efficiency.

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working within the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
