Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and busy business, in a Senior Finance Manager role which will grow and evolve over time.
It is a newly created position and one where you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the finance team, as well as business partnering with various departments within the business, to drive efficiency and provide greater commercial insight.
Key duties will include...

• Managing and motivating (as well as recruiting within) a relatively large finance team, including conducting 1-2-1s and appraisals
• Oversight of the production of management reports but also providing analysis and commercial insights
• Business Partnering with various stakeholders across the wider business

The successful candidate will...

• Be CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Have managed a finance team/ department previously
• Have good rounded accounting experience, as well as ideally a working knowledge of Payroll
• Have excellent leadership skills and be capable of motivating and empowering a team
• Be comfortable and confident in driving improvements to systems/ processes
• Be available to start a new role in 1-2 months (desirable)
