We are looking for A Finance Business Partner/ Senior Finance Manager.


In this role, you'll take full ownership of controllership and commercial finance for two innovative preventative healthcare businesses: Health & Wellbeing and Digital Therapies. You'll need to be a strong accountant, acting as the custodian of the numbers while guiding key commercial decisions at critical points in each business's journey. This is your chance to shape outcomes and drive success where it truly matters.

In this role you will...





Maintain accurate and full management accounts for two major business units Hold periodic finance reviews with relevant stakeholders to contextualise performance and link to business drivers Participate in commercial tender price modelling and financials for business cases Construct trading and personnel forecasts alongside annual budgets Drive optimal business performance through cost base and margin analysis Uphold control environment with balance sheet reconciliations and record keeping in-line with best in class standards

Proven experience as a management accountant Recognised UK accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) A solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles Excellent data and analytical skills Strong commercial skills and thought processes, as well as the ability to analyse, interpret and challenge business results
