We're recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary.


You will support our Financial Controller in delivering best-in-class financial support across the business.


What you'll be doing:

Leading month-end activities and preparing management reports for Board and client presentations Enhancing and maintaining profit and liquidity forecasting processes Partnering with functional leads to deliver insightful departmental reporting Collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial challenge and commercial insight Supporting transactional activity and integrating acquisitions into business-as-usual Automating finance reporting using Power BI or Microsoft Tableau Reviewing finance processes and controls to ensure relevance and alignment Working with the Senior Management Accountant to maintain ledger and system integrity

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial acumen Experience in high-growth environments with process and control development Understanding of corporate, group, JV and LLP accounting structures Ability to meet Group deadlines and work within a large corporate setting Collaborative team leader with excellent communication skills Energetic, motivated and detail-oriented approach Strong IT and presentation capabilities Property and Real estate sector experience, however social housing is not essential
