THE COMPANY

The company is a London based multi-million entrepreneurial organisation in the construction and engineering marketplace.

As they continue to develop, they are now seeking a Senior Finance Manager reporting directly to the Finance Director.

THE POSITION

This is a broad based commercial Senior Finance Manager position, reporting directly to the Finance Director and liaison with senior team and managing a small team.

Responsibilities cover statutory and management reporting, input to tax and audit and liaison with operational management and provision of commercial financial information to help run the business. Responsibilities along with the finance team include:

Management reporting and reporting pack and development of performance metrics

Accounting systems and controls

Annual statutory reporting

Liaison with operational business management on commercial financial information

Regulatory & secretarial

Liaison on Tax matters and tax related returns

Input to development of systems and procedures

Managing & developing junior staff

THE CANDIDATE

This is an exciting and broad based position offering real scope for continued career progression and development. The candidate will be a qualified accountant with several years or more statutory financial and management reporting experience, tax and systems exposure in a post qualification commercial environment.

The role will best fit candidates with an entrepreneurial, commercial and proactive mindset who are technically strong. Experience in construction, engineering or related sectors is strongly preferred.

The salary range 75k - 90k with bonus, pension, benefits is a guide,
