Interim Senior Finance Officer (Temporary)
Location: Lincoln
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum
Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for a temporary Senior Finance Officer to support our clients Head of Finance in a small, friendly finance team during a period of transition. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable finance professional who can support the smooth running of the accounting functions.
What's on offer for the Senior Finance Officer
- Flexible working hours - Full-time 35 hours
- 25 days holidays (Pro rata) + Bank holidays + Christmas closure

- Responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
- Responsible for the processing of monthly payroll ensuring that the payroll accounts are reconciled and invoiced within agreed timetables
- Responsible for the monthly administration and reconciliation of the company pension scheme
- Responsible for reconciling control and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Complete the quarterly VAT return
- Support with the implementation of the new financial system
- Support the Head of Finance with any ad hoc tasks
- Assist with the production of the year end statutory accounts.
