About the team

You will join as part of the Enterprise Finance Partner Team within the Merchant Solutions (Worldpay) line of business at FIS. The team is responsible for partnering the commercial Enterprise business ($2BN P&L) with ambitious growth plans, with the overall aim of proactively diving the right decisions to aid in both revenue and margin growth.

What you will be doing

This is a commercially focused role supporting the Finance Manager on driving commercial analytics and ultimately performance across our core book product X-sell and customer loyalty components; to better understand how these both impact (or limit) overall Worldpay revenue growth.

The role itself will interact with commercial regions across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC, with high visibility to commercial leaders. With a $2BN P&L covering some of the World\xe2\x80\x99s largest brands, the Enterprise business is one of the core growth drivers of the Merchant Solutions/Worldpay business, with this customer retention and product cross-sell key to driving this.

  • Support the Finance Manager in owning monthly process for X-sell and loyalty (retention) performance and forecasting, creating performance review & steering decks and communicating concisely to the business, as well as owning other ad-hoc analysis
  • Act as the translator between Finance and the business; being able to effectively communicate through all layers of management, whilst delivering actionable insight and challenge to all stakeholders involved
  • Develop set of KPIs for both X-sell and Loyalty that help to articulate the core financials and bring regional performance to life, and more importantly use these to drive actionable insights and decision making within the commercial business
  • Develop analysis on ROI at product level (based on X-sell revenue), as well as cost of retention analysis \xe2\x80\x93 both key factors in understanding linkage between investment and core book growth
  • Carry out analysis on sales effectiveness and revenue realisation across the core back book, to influence commission scheme structure and revenue forecasting
  • Act as main point of contact for FP&A team for relevant inputs/outputs into monthly forecast process
What you bring:
  • Qualified or part qualified accountant (preferably CIMA)
  • Strong presenting and turning \'data into insight\' skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to manage/manipulate large data sets and pull out key messages
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and influencing snr stakeholders - key to success in role
  • Highly motivated & confident self starter
  • Strong relationship building skills \xe2\x80\x93 must be comfortable in challenging the business where required
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic and complex industry
  • Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A/Finance Partnering
