The Role:

This senior position is at the heart of our finance operations. You'll lead on system performance, risk management, and continuous improvement, all while ensuring compliance with legislation. Your technical expertise and insight will help shape the strategic direction of our finance service in response to a dynamic regulatory and operational landscape.

What You'll Be Doing:

Act as the go-to expert for managing Oracle Financials, ensuring stability and performance across core modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and more). Maintain and optimize user access, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security protocols. Lead on monthly and annual close processes, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting. Continuously improve our finance systems and processes, using data to drive decision-making and enhance service delivery. Support and influence strategic planning by providing insights based on system performance and compliance trends.

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. ACCA/CIMA (qualified or working towards) is highly desirable. Solid experience working with finance systems, ideally Oracle ERP. Strong background in financial reporting, data analysis, and systems administration. Confident with tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms. A keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
