Are you an experienced

Senior Financial Accountant

with strong audit, consolidation, and multinational reporting experience? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting across a global group of entities.


In this role, you'll lead the

external audit process

, manage the

Group consolidation

, and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You'll prepare and review consolidated financial statements, oversee fixed assets and lease accounting, and play a vital role in maintaining internal controls and process improvements.


You will work closely with external auditors, local finance teams, and stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and ensuring accurate reporting. Alongside technical responsibilities, you'll also support and mentor team members, helping to build capability across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Group consolidations and prepare consolidated financial statements. Manage audit processes, liaising with auditors and finance teams globally. Oversee payroll bookings, intercompany reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting. Ensure compliance with FRS102/IFRS/US GAAP and statutory requirements. Support system upgrades, financial projects, and process improvements. Mentor and guide finance team members.

Essential:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in financial accounting, audit, and consolidation in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (FRS102/IFRS/US GAAP). Experience managing audits and finance teams. Proficiency in ERP/financial reporting systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

Experience in consolidation automation or system-driven reporting. Exposure to system implementations and financial transformation projects. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
