The Role
We're seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) accountant to join our finance team and take a high-impact, hands-on role supporting the Company in delivering its strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior FP&A accountant will be an integral part of the finance team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with Operations and Senior Management across all workstreams, helping to provide insights into the Company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Budgeting: Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting for Admiral Law, collaborating with leadership teams to build robust, accurate plans that align with the strategic goals and aid decision making.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance of key financial metrics and work with executive teams to optimise performance.
Partnering with Leadership Teams: Work closely with functional leaders to understand their objectives, solve complex business problems, and model scenarios to drive profitability.
Ad-Hoc Financial Projects: Provide financial and analytical support for special projects, such as evaluating new opportunities, and revenue and/or cost optimisation strategies, to aid management decision making.
About You
Proven work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Qualified Accountant (ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA)
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Exceptional analytical & data skills, with a proven ability to develop complex financial models
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple priorities
Ability to communicate clearly with financial and non-financial stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
