Developing & enhancing handheld products Requirements gathering Firmware design, development and testing Software configuration management Working as part of a multi-discipline team

Education/ Experience

Essential

Strong Arm Cortex M4 bare-metal and RTOS embedded C firmware development Experience of communication technologies including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB Experience developing peripherals including I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC

Desirable

IAR EWARM development environment NXP M4 and crossover processors Knowledge and experience of battery technology and management in handheld products Processor power saving modes Experience of working with radiation Embedded Linux and Yocto Motor control systems C++ and python
