We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fleet Controller to play a key role in driving best in class service for our fleet customers.


You will work closely with the Team Leader to lead a team that consistently deliver excellent customer service levels by answering high call volumes within agreed KPI's and logging emergency breakdowns and defects accurately. Champion the customer by building effective customer relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure one Zenith approach that is best in class. You'll be a key point of knowledge and advice in the team and will bring with you considerable experience within the fleet industry, and knowledge of HGV Maintenance & compliance. As well as supplier management, Customer service processes, functions, and objectives, and use this to drive improvements across the function. Set high standards and motivate the team to achieve business objectives and surpass Customer Leading by example, providing hands on support and guidance to inspire and develop the team to deliver excellence as a result. Demonstrate to my team what is to be achieved and what is expected of them using a combination of objectives, goals, targets, KPI's and process that emphasize quality service and achievement, with the customer at the centre. Manage key business processes such as forecasting and resource planning, work allocation, customer compliance planner management, telephone management, adherence to SLA's (Slippage, complaint resolution ) and compliance documents.

What you will bring


Solid understanding of commercial vehicles (HGV/LCV), DVSA/FTA standards and Previous experience in a similar role or a workshop controller/Vehicle technician background Excellent customer service skills, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all you do Methodical with a keen eye for detail Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with database systems and comfortable working on across multiple systems, strong Microsoft Office proficiency Proven experience in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Team player, comfortable with taking on delegated duties if needed Flexible and adaptable Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
