Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Floor Captain to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. The Senior Floor Captain role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met. The position holder will also have staff responsibilities so must know how to motivate, manage and coach the staff reporting into them.


Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively.


This is a full time, permanent position, working varying shifts Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00 (40 hrs per week).



Your responsibilities will include:




Take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our clients teams ensuring a 5 star service is experienced by all Flexibility in times of work and approach to undertaking other tasks which may sit outside of the Senior Floor Captain role Provide good and effective management of the team reporting into you, including rostering, to meet the demands of the business Provide monthly stats for your area of responsibility All service lines will fall under senior floor captain's responsibility Coordinating the logistics and general movement of various items around the building and subsequent planning and delegation to team Building rapport through liaison with client meeting/event hosts and agency office leads to understand expectations and requirements thereof Internal liaison with helpdesk and events support to coordinate seamless operational efficiency and service delivery Physical hands on support & approach to the team
