We are seeking a creative and passionate Experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for floral design and a keen eye for detail. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall aesthetic of the shop. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and understand their needs will be essential in delivering exceptional service.
5 days per week including Saturday.
Responsibilities
Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for events, weddings, funerals and everyday occasions.
Maintain the health and appearance of plants and flowers through proper care and handling.
Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements based on their needs and preferences.
Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies, ensuring all items are well-stocked and presented attractively.
Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product display and sales.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Florist.
Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and flower arrangement techniques.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A passion for gardening and an eye for design aesthetics.
