Lloyds Flowers in Clifton, Bristol, are looking for an experienced

senior florist

to join our busy team.

We are a fast-paced location with a high footfall, which requires excellent customer service skills. Alongside our fresh flowers and plants, we also stock a beautiful range of giftware, pots, dried flowers, chocs and more.

At least 3 years floristry experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, develop new products, and grow the business. Manage the day to day running of the shop. Maintaining its appearance, keeping it well stocked, whilst ensuring stock rotation. Check and process orders. Sell products with confidence. Support, motivate, and manage the team. Merchandising our giftware

Requirements

Be passionate and talented in ALL aspects of floristry. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality. Self motivated, with a positive attitude.
Previous retail floristry experience essential.
