We're looking for a

Senior Frontend Engineer

to lead the frontend development of a high-impact, secure AI platform. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role that blends software engineering, frontend architecture, and mentoring within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll play a key role in building user-centric interfaces and scalable applications using

React

and

TypeScript

. You'll contribute to the overall product direction, improve engineering practices, and support less experienced team members. The ideal candidate is passionate about frontend development, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of frontend applications using React and TypeScript. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, backend, and QA. Apply modern frontend architecture and development best practices, including component reuse, security, and performance optimization. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across interfaces. Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend design patterns. Support CI/CD efforts for efficient and reliable deployments. Mentor junior engineers and help foster a learning-focused team culture. Work closely with stakeholders to translate product requirements into working solutions. Participate in incident investigations and provide frontend technical support as needed. Follow RESTful API design principles when integrating with backend services.
Key Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Significant hands-on experience with

React

,

TypeScript

, and modern frontend development. Strong understanding of React's functional component patterns, including hooks and custom hooks. Proficient in CSS, with experience across a variety of styling approaches. Solid experience working with secure, user-account-driven frontend applications. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and best integration practices. Strong understanding of frontend design principles, including SOLID and DRY. Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with automated testing frameworks and frontend test strategies. Attention to UI/UX design principles and detail-oriented development. Ability to work effectively within an agile/Scrum environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience building enterprise-grade applications. Familiarity with AWS services such as IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, API Gateway, Cognito, etc. Experience with diagramming libraries like Reactflow or FlowChart.js. Understanding of frontend security and deployment reliability best practices.
