Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven

Senior Full Stack Developer

with strong experience in

React, Hono.js, and TypeScript

. The ideal candidate thrives in environments with minimal guidance, can independently translate high-level ideas into production-ready features, and enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications end-to-end.

Summary

As a key member of our engineering team, you will own the development of front-end and back-end features, ensuring seamless integration, strong code quality, and reliable performance. This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working without detailed acceptance criteria or constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end features using

React

and modern TypeScript best practices. Build and extend back-end services using

Hono.js

(required). Design clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code across the stack. Implement core functionality with limited input--working autonomously and proactively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems. Utilize

Docker

for containerization, local development, and deployment workflows. Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and engineering best practices. Participate in technical discussions and propose improvements to architecture and workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

TypeScript

. Solid experience building modern front-end applications with

React

.

Hands-on experience with Hono.js

(mandatory). Basic proficiency with

Docker

for containerization. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality features with minimal supervision. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to structure work efficiently.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

. Experience with cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP

. Knowledge of

RESTful APIs

, microservices, or distributed architectures. Experience with automated testing frameworks.

Soft Skills
