The Opportunity

We're looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of our core systems, from the website and APIs to how we use data to make better business decisions. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with strong technical ability, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with the wider business to ensure our systems are scalable and secure. You'll also bring experience and maturity to the team, someone who can balance technical excellence with collaboration and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using TypeScript and Node.js. Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS. React to change quickly with Continuous Integration Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices. Opportunities to work with and develop our existing data pipelines and AI models.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience. Expert proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks Experience creating websites or mobile apps with React. Hands-on experience configuring and deploying AWS services. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless approaches. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with technical and non-technical colleagues alike.

Nice to Haves

Experience developing data microservices with Python. Exposure to LLM APIs or other AI-driven applications. Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Background in a regulated or compliance-focused industry
