Senior Full Stack Developer

King's Lynn, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Us

Asprey Management Solutions is a trusted provider of asset management software tailored for the UK social housing sector. Our systems are used daily by housing providers across the country to manage compliance, assets, and operations more effectively.

As we continue to invest in modernising our platform, we're looking for a skilled Senior Developer who's comfortable working across the full stack -- and who is keen to grow into a more strategic, technical leadership role. You'll be joining a small but experienced technical team where your voice and contribution will matter.

Why This Role?

We're offering the opportunity to take on meaningful technical responsibility in a growing business. This is an ideal role for a developer who still enjoys building software but is also looking to broaden their influence -- helping guide architecture decisions, shape our coding standards, and support junior team members as we grow.

You'll work closely with the Director of Development and be positioned to grow into a future leadership or principal developer role, based on your contribution and aspirations.

Responsibilities

Develop new features and maintain core systems across our product suite

Collaborate on architectural decisions and platform improvements

Support junior developers through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Take ownership of key areas of the system and guide them forward

Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and solution design

Engage with wider teams (e.g., support, project delivery) to ensure smooth product rollouts

Key Skills & Technologies

Strong commercial experience in full stack development with C# and .NET (Core or Framework)

Solid understanding of SQL Server and REST APIs

Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular (or React)

Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)

A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Exposure to mobile development (e.g. Blazor, MAUI, Flutter) Experience with DevExpress or other enterprise UI frameworks Familiarity with the social housing or property sector Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment

What We Offer

Up to 60,000 salary, depending on experience 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays Private healthcare and optional pension scheme Flexibility to work from home two days a week (with potential to move to 3 days from home in future) Support for career development and certification A chance to grow into a leadership role within a close-knit team Direct access to decision-makers and genuine influence over the technology roadmap

Application Process

If you're a Senior Developer ready to take the next step -- or a mid-level developer with the skills and ambition to grow -- we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now or reach out for an informal chat if you'd like to learn more before applying.
