About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in either our Horsham (UK) or Malaga (Spain) Office. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with databases, APIs and front-end interfaces. In this role, you'll develop and maintain robust applications, ensuring they are reliable, performant and aligned with business needs.

You will take a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable applications that are reliable, performant, and aligned with business goals. You'll influence technical decisions, set high coding standards, and provide guidance on architectural direction.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions within agreed timeframes, mentor and support other developers, and ensure quality, security, and continuous improvement across our systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, enjoys driving innovation, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality solutions while helping shape the skills and practices of the wider development team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using SQL Server, .NET and React. Lead on technical decisions, architecture and problem-solving. Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth. Conduct code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Champion quality, security, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Essential
