As a

Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)

, you'll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge features that enable scalable, efficient, AI-powered engineering processes. You'll work in a collaborative, international team and contribute directly to shaping the future of software engineering.

What You'll Do

Drive research & development on AI-ready, scalable architecture. Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and AI-driven tools to optimize engineering workflows. Develop AI agents to automate repetitive tasks in software delivery. Ensure high-quality code, testing, and scalable, production-ready features. Collaborate across teams and stakeholders in Europe and the US.

What We're Looking For

Strong

.NET Core, C#, React

skills and solid front-to-backend development experience. Experience with: ASP.NET MVC Core, WebAPI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL / NoSQL / Redis, MediatR, Azure services, xUnit. Good understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, OWASP). Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, AI-driven product team. Fluent English; comfortable working with US time zones (partial overlap required). Ownership mindset, proactive communication, and team player attitude.

Bonus Points

Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, PowerBI/SSRS, architectural design patterns.
