About the Role

As a

Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

, you'll play a key role in building and scaling intelligent tools used by global customers. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to turn vision into shipped features--fast. From designing robust systems to mentoring junior engineers, you'll help shape the future of a high-growth SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, build, and ship reliable, scalable software solutions


? Take ownership of end-to-end feature development--from concept to deployment


? Break down complex technical problems into simple, shippable solutions


? Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams


? Write clean, maintainable code and push for high-quality execution


? Mentor and support junior team members with hands-on guidance


? Continuously improve existing systems--performance, scalability, security


? Lead technical discussions and influence key architectural decisions


? Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

? What We're Looking For

? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience


? 5+ years of experience in software development (ideally within SaaS)


? Strong in full-stack development using modern languages (Java, TypeScript/JS, SQL/NoSQL)


? Proven experience with AWS and microservices-based architecture


? Track record of building and scaling production systems


? Familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD best practices


? Strong data-driven mindset--comfortable measuring what matters


? Ability to lead, influence, and deliver in a collaborative environment


? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
