talented, motivated Furniture Consultant
to join our team and help clients find beautiful, space-enhancing solutions for their homes. This is more than just a sales role -- it's an opportunity to guide customers through their journey, from initial enquiry to delivery, helping them make confident, considered choices that elevate the way they live.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and guide showroom customers, handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism
Deal with all online enquires
Book and manage customer appointments
Create product proposals and quotations
Present options clearly and confidently
Overcome objections, negotiate, and close the sale
Manage and follow up on enquiries via phone, SMS, and email using our CRM system to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.
Support day-to-day showroom tasks and wider business activity

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year in retail sales (furniture/interiors preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong customer service background
Experience working with high-end or bespoke products (a plus)
Basic IT and numeracy skills
