Your Role:

As a

Senior Designer

, you will play an integral role in:

Range Creation:

Develop commercially viable girls wear ranges tailored to our clients' specific needs while staying ahead of market trends.

Collaboration:

Engage daily with suppliers and production teams in the Far East to align designs and timelines, building strong relationships with Account Managers and buyers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Design Translation:

Convert your creative ideas into compelling, mass-market designs, producing detailed design sheets and artworks for factories.

Customer Engagement:

Present your visionary designs directly to customers and buyers, ensuring clear communication and buy-in.

Trend Research:

Conduct extensive shopping trips, both domestically and internationally, to spot emerging trends, maximizing your insights to keep us competitive.

Mentorship:

Coach and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and sharing your valuable expertise.
What You Bring:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for color and a flair for creating marketable designs. Solid production knowledge, helping you ensure that your creative visions can be brought to life effectively. Proven trend prediction skills, enabling you to keep track of and leverage emerging trends in your designs. Strong commercial awareness, allowing you to understand retail dynamics and take charge of larger accounts. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and team collaboration. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Shima Apex, ensuring your designs are visually stunning. A proactive, initiative-driven mindset, ready to innovate and improve processes.
