Your Role



As a

Senior Global Publications

professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely, compliant, and impactful delivery of scientific publications for LEO Pharma, including manuscripts and congress activities. Your responsibilities will include:


Leading the development and execution of global publication strategies and tactical plans that advance the scientific narrative and support data communication goals. Overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while delivering publication outputs on time. Serving as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, external experts, and agency partners, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality publications. Partnering closely with medical writers, reviewing and ensuring scientific accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ICMJE, GPP, and other global standards. Collaborating to ensure swift access to critical clinical and real-world evidence data to meet publication needs. Ensuring adherence to all corporate policies, SOPs, publication guidelines, and global data protection regulations. Effectively managing publication budgets, allocating resources, and maintaining focus on strategic priorities. Leading process improvements to enhance publication planning, execution efficiency, and collaboration with external agency partners.



Please note

: This role can be based in the UK or EU, with regular travel required to Ballerup and attendance at international congress and events.

Your Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree (MSc/PhD) preferred. Significant publications management experience within a pharma organisation or within a medical education agency is required. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings. Excellent written and verbal English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Extensive scientific analytical ability and experience interpreting clinical/preclinical data. Knowledge of data management best practices, real-world evidence standards, and global data protection regulations. Familiarity with publication and reporting standards, including ICMJE, GPP, CONSORT, and STROBE. Proficiency with publication systems and tools, along with understanding of guidelines for clinical and observational research communication. Skilled in managing external agency partnerships, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to publication strategies and timelines. Demonstrated experience managing publication budgets, tracking spend, and ensuring resource alignment with strategic priorities. Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements within publication planning and execution workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
